Molding Technology

 

We currently operate with over than 100 molding machines ranging from 30 to 850 Tons. Equipped with robots, which assist with parts extraction , in order to achieve a more consistent molding cycle and effectively meet our customer’s injections molding requirements.

 

We have also the following technology :

• 2 Colors Molding
• Liquid Injection Molding

Decoration and Assembly Technology

 

Our secondary process has been put together with a wide variety of decoration processes, which can meet your highest demands, requirements and standards.

 

Within the secondary process we have operations of  Hot Stamp, Roll stamp, Silk Screen, Pad Print, UV curing ink , Sonic Welding, capabilities for higher standards and demands , CLEAN ROOM and Humidification ROOM Option.
